Together with our international partners, HIFraser supply environmentally sustainable technology including vacuum toilets and vacuum drainage systems. Our experience, coupled with an innovative approach to waste solutions, allows us to offer customised systems that provide a strong return on investment while reducing the footprint on our environment.
Our areas of expertise include:
Our waste water treatment solutions for the commercial marine market meet International Maritime Organisation (IMO) regulations. Using world leading products from our partner EVAC, we supply and maintain physical chemical plants, whereby waste is macerated, aerated and chemically treated to reach aerobic condition, and Membrane bioreactor (MBR) technology, where waste water is pushed through membranes to remove pathogens and is oxygenated to produce H2O which is then UV and chemically treated.
Our Environmental Solutions department supply specialist solid waste collection systems specifically designed for aged care facilities and waste treatment systems that have the potential to reduce general waste volumes by up to 80%. In partnership with our global OEM’s, our Engineering team design and execute the full system delivery without the need for extensive civil works.
Our team design and supply systems that allow for the centralised collection of linen from hospitals, hotels and aged care facilities. These systems remove workplace and bio hazards and reduce the volume of garbage collection due to vacuum compaction of waste. These vacuum transfer systems also eliminate unsightly trolleys of linen across your site and manual handling requirements are also significantly lessened reducing overall staffing requirements.
HIFraser design and supply source separation systems to manage food waste in the commercial marine and building environments. These systems from our partner EVAC separate out food waste, macerate it and using a vacuum system, transports waste to a dedicated storage tank. These systems significantly reduce the weight of general rubbish collections leading to decreased waste levies.
The team at HIFraser work with our European partners to supply innovative systems that treat biohazardous waste from hospitals, medical facilities and commercial aircraft, reducing waste volumes by up to 80%. Waste is reduced to a sterilised, dry matter ready for transportation to landfill or for use as a Refuse Derived Fuel (RDF).
